CTRLDevs is built around a specific kind of engineer: senior, React-fluent, and happier making an existing codebase better than starting another prototype. Our consultants profile before they optimize, write down why before they refactor, and treat a client team's trust as the real deliverable.
The work is varied in the way consulting is varied — one month deep in a performance investigation, the next embedded in a product team shipping features, the next planning a Create React App exit for an app with a decade of history. What stays constant: you work with other senior people, your recommendations carry your name, and nobody asks you to pad an estimate.
