Team augmentation

Senior React engineers inside your team, on your backlog.

Sometimes the constraint is simply senior React capacity: the roadmap is set, the codebase is known, and the team needs engineers who can take real tickets in week one without a quarter of onboarding. Team augmentation puts our engineers inside your team — your standup, your sprint board, your review queue.

What embedded looks like

  • Real tickets, not a parallel track. Our engineers work from your backlog under your prioritization. No shadow roadmap, no "consultant work" that lands in a separate repo.
  • Your process, upgraded gently. We follow your conventions and ceremonies. Where we see a practice costing you — flaky tests, slow reviews, an untyped API boundary — we raise it with evidence and a proposal, and we let your leads decide.
  • Mentoring as a side effect. Senior engineers raise the bar through review comments worth reading, pairing on the hard parts, and short written explanations of why a pattern is chosen — so the team keeps the judgment after we leave.
  • An exit by design. Augmentation done well makes itself unnecessary. Knowledge is written down, ownership transfers deliberately, and the engagement ends with your team stronger, not dependent.

Who you get

Senior US-based engineers who work in modern React and TypeScript daily — comfortable in Next.js and SPA architectures, fluent in the performance and migration work described elsewhere on this site. We staff deliberately for fit: an engineer who has done your kind of work, not whoever is free.

Engagement shape

Hourly time and materials, from one engineer part-time to a few engineers full-time. Scope, staffing, and expected duration are agreed in an initial conversation; either side can adjust with notice as the roadmap moves. You will always know who is working, on what, and for how long — hours come itemized against tickets.
